What does a project cost?+
Every project is quoted as a fixed fee after a discovery conversation, and you approve the quote before any work begins. Changes along the way are handled as written change orders — there are no surprise hourly bills.
How long does an implementation take?+
Most builds run four to twelve weeks depending on scope. When there's a program deadline, we phase the work so the essentials are usable first and the rest follows.
Do we have to buy Salesforce licenses?+
Eligible nonprofits receive ten free Salesforce seats through the Power of Us program. We help you apply and build on the Nonprofit Success Pack, and we scope projects to avoid unnecessary paid licenses.
Who owns the system when you're done?+
You do. The Salesforce org, the website, the data — everything we build belongs to your organization, and administrative access stays in your hands from day one.
We handle sensitive participant data. How is that protected?+
Data protection is put in writing before any data moves — a signed data-sharing agreement covering safeguards for personal data, including minors' records. We request only the data the work requires and avoid retaining what it doesn't.
