SFConduit bills the consulting org. Whether you absorb the cost as part of your services or pass it through to your clients is entirely up to you. At $25/org, most consultants include it in their monthly retainer.

Each unique Salesforce org you connect via SFConduit counts as one client org. You can have multiple ClickUp list connections per org — that still counts as one org.

Yes! Your first client org is free with no credit card required. You only start paying when you connect a second org.

Choose monthly or annual billing via Stripe. When you add or remove client orgs, your subscription quantity adjusts automatically with prorated charges — no manual changes needed.

Your subscription quantity adjusts automatically when you remove an org. You'll receive a prorated credit for the remaining time on that org's billing cycle.

Salesforce-to-Salesforce sync is planned for v2.0 — consultants will be able to manage tasks in their own SF org and sync to client orgs without ClickUp. Zoho Projects support is planned for v3.0.
